The project
An office a young team treats like home.
Fueture's team is young, works long hours, and lives a good part of the week at the office. We started from that fact. The floor came to us as a bare concrete shell in Hyderabad, and every decision after that was about the people who would spend their days inside it.
The desks sit under a coral ceiling with the services left open. The floor is a patchwork of mixed marble slabs, laid piece by piece. Walls are perforated with a field of dots, cabins are glass, the pantry is mint, and there are bunk beds for the night the deadline wins.
Work fills most of the day. The office gives some of it back.
